I was honoured to be interviewed for the cover feature of this month’s edition of BDJ in Practice, which addresses ‘Behaviour change; failed, failing or fulfilled’.
The article said, “Behaviours that affect health result from the interplay of many economic, social, and cultural factors, making the understanding of complex behaviours difficult. Change does not come easily even when the individual is aware of the effects of certain behaviours on his or her own health.”
